Our STATICART coilovers result from a clear understanding of what our clients seek in coilovers. Therefore, we tailor each set of coilovers to suit each client's vehicle type.

Spring Height – Using the spring to offset vehicle ride height this configuration allows the user the ability to lower their vehicle’s ride height.

Shock Length – In the use of an adjustable foot, we allow shock length to be changed therefore changing ride height independent of the spring.

Damping – With a damping adjuster, we can fine-tune the ride of a vehicle to be more responsive or to be more compliant.

ADJUSTABLE FOOT
Made to OEM specifications, therefore, allowing one the seamlessly mount to OEM components while maintaining placement of brake lines and sensor mounts.
Designing the kit to OEM specification allows all our packages to be bolt-on kits with little to no modification required for fitment.
THREADED BODIES
The entire body is precision machined from a hollow bar of steel then coated protect from corrosion.
Our threaded body design allows the length of the shock absorber to adjust by offsetting the bottom foot.
Top mount
Designed to reduce compliance in your suspension to give that direct feel without the negative effect of increasing NVH (noise, vibration and harshness).

LOCKING COLLAR
These parts are anodised to protect them from oxidation. Allowing these parts to be durable and lightweight.
DAMPING ADJUSTER
The one-way damping adjuster controls the amount of bleed allowed through the bleed bypass in the piston rod. The bypass creates a bleed for the oil from the shim stack; this allows the adjuster to increase or decrease damping force.
The control of the amount of oil flowing through the bypass provides for a broad range of the ride set up from sporty to comfort.

VITAL hardware
Piston rods
Piston rods are made from heat-treated alloy steel to ensure strength, machined to exact tolerances the plated with a hard, durable chromium plating that protects from corrosion and provides a smooth surface for the oil seal.
DROP LINKS
High-quality Adjustable drop links ensuring anti-roll bar is in a perfect position with lowered suspension. They are maintaining optimum angles and clearances between the suspension components. OEM quality end links provide durability and a maintenance-free life cycle.

German designed and manufactured high-quality seals. Seals are a critical component as they are a significant factor in durability and stiction characteristics.
Monotube
Our monotube shock absorber has a large diameter piston creating increased damping forces. The design also separates the oil from the nitrogen with an aluminium floating piston reducing damping force fade under performance driving. The monotube shock absorber built for our clients who enjoy spirited driving without compromise to daily driving comfort.
