The ART Limited Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period
ART Suspensions warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months (1 year) or 20,000 kilometers (whichever occurs first) from the date of original purchase.

2. Scope of Coverage
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component at the discretion of Art Suspensions.

• StaticART: Covers dampers, springs, and height adjustment collars.

• ARTAIR: Covers air bags, struts, and manifold components against failure under normal operating conditions.
   

3. Eligibility Requirements
To validate this warranty, the following conditions must be met:

• Registration: The kit must be registered on the official Art Suspensions website within 14 days of purchase.

• Professional Installation: The system must be installed by an Authorized ART Dealer or a certified automotive technician. Proof of professional installation is required for all claims.

• Original Owner: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and the original vehicle on which it was installed.
   

4. Exclusions (What is Not Covered)
The warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Improper Installation: Fitment by unauthorized individuals or failure to follow torque specifications.

• Neglect & Misuse: Use in racing, track events, off-road driving, or exceeding vehicle load capacities.

• External Factors: Accidents, road debris, chemical corrosion (e.g., salt), or fire.

• Modifications: Any alteration to the ART components or use in conjunction with non-ART parts.

• Wear and Tear: Normal degradation of bushings, top mounts, or cosmetic finishes.
   

5. Claim Procedure

1. Contact: Notify the Authorized Dealer where the product was purchased.

2. Inspection: The vehicle/component must be inspected by an ART technician to verify the defect.

3. Documentation: Provide the original invoice and the Warranty Registration ID.

4. Resolution: If deemed a manufacturing defect, Art Suspensions will provide a replacement part. Labor costs for removal and re-installation are not covered by the manufacturer.
